Welcome to the National Digital Farmers Registry (NDFR) Collaborative Knowledge Sharing Platform
The Platform provides a collaborative digital space to exchange knowledge to support the Government and other stakeholders involved in the development and implementation of the National Digital Farmers Registry, towards the digital transformation of the agricultural food system.
Foster conducive collaboration among government, farmers, private sector, research institutions, development partners and others to create synergies towards the development and implementation of the National Digital Farmer Registry.
To contribute to a collective understanding of best practices among key stakeholders in support of an integrated National Digital Farmer Registry that transforms agri-food systems in Nigeria in line with the Kampala Declaration (2026-2035) Comprehensive African Agricultural Development Programme (CAADP), adopted by the African Union Member States in January 2025.

This foundational asset ensures that every intervention, from subsidy distribution to disaster relief, is targeted, transparent, and efficient, eliminating duplication and reaching the intended beneficiaries.
- Strategic Insights: Aggregating data to enhance resource management, guide investment decisions, support comprehensive agricultural management, and contextualize agricultural challenges for tailored solutions.
- Informed Decision-Making: Supporting data-driven, human-centered policies that address real challenges faced by farmers.
- Advocating for Equity: promoting inclusive and efficient agricultural solutions and resources.

Aligned with Nigeria’s National Agricultural Technology and Innovation Policy (NATIP), this Platform provides information to the public, strategic stakeholder collaboration for developing the NDFR and addressing key bottlenecks that hinder the adoption could hinder its development.
